Tom Banker

Mr. Banker has spent his greater than 45 year career working in the public and private sectors focusing on real estate development and financing, economic development and public policy and administration. Mr. Banker has worked in numerous New Jersey cities including the City of Newark, Township of Belleville, Borough of Caldwell, and many more. Mr. Banker teaches graduate level Public Administration courses for the last 25 years at Columbia University, as a faculty member, and Rutgers University. He has had the pleasure of teaching students that went on to be elected and administration officials. Banker works with many of his clients on the shaping of public policy at the local, state and national levels. In that capacity, he was one of the principal authors of two of New Jersey’s major economic development legislative packages, the Economic Development Acts of 2013 and 2014.

Throughout his career, Gregg has led strategic initiatives and digital transformations across Fortune 500 corporations, high-growth startups, and public companies, working with C-level stakeholders to align technology strategy with business objectives. As an out-of-the-box thinker, he is skilled in bringing clarity of vision while leveraging technology to solve complex problems and capitalize on new opportunities.

Mike Brenner

With his extensive experience in finance and management, Mike previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Related Companies LP. His tenure there was marked by his adept leadership in overseeing the finance, information systems, and human resources divisions. Before joining Related Companies, Michael had a distinguished career at Coopers & Lybrand, where he was a general practice partner in their Detroit office focusing on the real estate industry.
